As far as I can tell this is a piece from London. It appears that it is by Buenocados, but I haven't found anything else that backs that up. Cool piece with great use of black and white on a black wall.
Be Free is an artist from Melbourne Australia. Most of their work features the little girl and uses more that just paint and stencils.

Of all of the hundreds of street art photos that I have, it’s this one that for some reason is a favorite. It’s not edgy and I have no idea who made it. I just like it. I believe it was in Bushwick Brooklyn.
